EKU Dual Credit

March 2022 EKU Dual Credit Update

Here is hoping that everyone has done well on their mid-terms!  Below is some important information to keep in mind.

Mid-terms – Mid-term grades are currently viewable in myEKU on the self-service registration card. You can log in as a current student using your EKU email login and password.  If you have trouble logging in, contact the IT Help Desk at 859-622-3000.  Please check myEKU and  do not rely upon Blackboard. Official grades are always posted in myEKU and may be different than Blackboard grades. If your mid-term grade was not posted, please check with your instructor.  Also, if you are in an 8 week term class, your midterm dates will vary.

The withdrawal deadline is April 10thWithdraw is done online (myEKU); the deadline is midnight on Sunday. A "W" grade will appear on your student transcript.  You should notify your high school guidance counselor BEFORE you withdraw from ANY course.  It may be a requirement needed for high school graduation. However, if you have spoken with your instructor and  your guidance counselor and have decided that your best course of action is to withdraw from your class, you can do so through myEKU. If you need assistance with this process, you will need to contact our office at or a Regional Campus by  April 8th as we are closed on April 10th .

High School Spring Breaks – Don’t forget your EKU classes while on your high school spring break.  You have worked hard all semester, keep up the good work!

Account Balances – Scholarships for the spring are in the process of being applied. We will let you know when this process is complete.  Fall 2021 scholarships have been assigned in student accounts and should be up to date.  Please double check your account for Fall 2021 and make sure it’s correct.  Please contact our office if you have questions.  Remember KHEAA Scholarships for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 cannot be applied after June 30th, 2022.

Textbook Charges – Please check your EKU Direct account to see if you have any textbook charges. Remember, the state scholarships do not cover these textbook charges and they will need to be paid by the student.  Digital textbook charges are associated with CMS 100, MUH 171 and PSY 200. There may be other courses with digital textbook charges as well.  Please check your account.

Invoice Payment –Check or Money order payments can be dropped off in the vestibule of Whitlock next to the ATM.  Ensure that the EKU ID number is listed on the check or money order.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments may also be made online by logging into your EKUDirect account and clicking on "Make a Payment"(2.85% fee). Check and Money Order payments may be mailed to the following address:

Eastern Kentucky University
