March 2021 EKU Dual Credit Update

EKU Dual Credit Update

Here is hoping that everyone has done well on their mid-terms!  Below is some important information to keep in mind as you move forward in the race to the finish!

Mid-terms – Mid-term grades are currently viewable in EKU Direct. If you have not been in EKU Direct in a while, you can log in as a first-time user.  Your User ID will be your EKU ID and you created your PIN.  You can also log in as a current student using your EKU email login and password.  If you have trouble logging in, contact the IT Help Desk at 859-622-3000.  Please check EKU Direct and do not rely upon Blackboard. Official grades are always posted in EKU Direct and may be different than Blackboard grades. If your mid-term grade was not posted, please check with your instructor.

EKU will have non-instructional days on April 2nd and April 27th

High School Spring Breaks – Don’t forget your EKU classes while on your high school spring break.  You have worked hard all semester, keep up the good work!

Withdrawal Deadline – Just a reminder that the withdrawal deadline is approaching – April 4th.  If you have spoken with your instructor and decided that your best course of action is to withdraw from your class, you can do so through EKU Direct (under Student Services and Financial Aid –  Registration, then Add Drop) through April 4th, 2021. Make sure you choose “Spring 2021” from the semester choice and click “submit”.   If you need assistance with this process, you will need to contact our office  at  or a Regional Campus by  April 1st as we are closed on April 2nd.

Account Balances – Scholarships for the spring are in the process of being applied. We will let you know when this process is complete.  Fall 2020 scholarships have been assigned in student accounts and should be up to date.

Textbook Charges – Please check your EKU Direct account to see if you have any textbook charges. Remember, the state scholarships do not cover these textbook charges and they will need to be paid. Textbook charges are associated with CMS 100, MUH 171 and PSY 200. There may be other courses with textbook charges as well.  Please check your account.

Invoice Payment –Check or Money order payments can be dropped off in the vestibule of Whitlock next to the ATM.  Ensure that the EKU ID number is listed on the check or money order.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments may also be made online by logging into your EKUDirect account and clicking on "Make a Payment"(2.85% fee). Check and Money Order payments may be mailed to the following address:

Eastern Kentucky University
P.O. Box 639244
